This requires open and strong communication, successful project experience, and the ability to pass on know-how. Our consultants distinguish themselves given their exceptional method competence.
Ideally this includes know-how concerning safety, quality management, project management and requirements management as well as experience in the actual implementation in the development of complex electronic systems (embedded or non-embedded).
Experience with CMMI® (SEI), SPICE and ITIL as well as with continuous improvement in development is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
