Process Consultant

As a Process Consultant with Kugler Maag Cie you will be involved in interesting consultancy projects with our national and international customers. You will support or lead teams in goal-oriented process design and share your know-how and experience in the consultancy team. Besides the definition of processes your tasks will include assessments and evaluations of process efficiency, coaching, as well as performing trainings and workshops.

What we expect of you
You will have practical experience around the development of complex electronic systems (embedded or non-embedded) and will ideally be familiar with one or more of the typical industry standards like CMMI® (SEI), ISO 15504 (SPICE), IEC 61508 (Safety), PMBoK (PMI), TPI or Six-Sigma. You will understand that a high level of expertise, communication skills, and cooperation are the basis for successful consultancy work. As Consultant at a customer site mobility and flexibility will be self-evident for you. You will display commitment and the will to achieve sustainable improvements for our customers.

Of course we are also always interested in colleagues with qualifications like Master Blackbelt, SCAMPI Lead Appraiser, SPICE Competent Assessor or PMP.
