Process Modeling with Eclipse – flexible and future-proof

Bureaucratic processes, checklists, and process instructions are paralyzing your company? Based on the Eclipse Process Framework (EPF) we can establish lean processes which comply with all regulatory standards. This will clear the congestion around your processes and improvements.

Eclipse offers an attractive development environment with which we can organize the processes in your company to be lean and future-proof. At the beginning there is often an evaluation of the existing processes using standards such as Automotive SPICE® or ISO 26262 (functional safety). Based on this we will plan the changeover from the proprietary solution to the Open Source solution of the Eclipse Process Framework.

We will support you in the rollout and the maintenance of a development manual based on the Eclipse Process Framework. The manual will be geared to the actual requirements identified by management and the engineers, and include all process definitions and adaptations. With trainings and coaching we will prepare all users for working with Eclipse.

This is why it is always up to the latest requirements and ensures independence from proprietary providers.
