For instance: distributed development, the application of Open Source, as well as agile and lean processes using Lean Management or Six Sigma - all of which we can support you in. - Also, of course, in successfully integrating the required standards for e.g. functional safety (such as ISO 26262 or EN5012x) as well as verifiably mature processes using ISO 15504, Automotive SPICE® or CMMI®.

In addition to advising on the design of the process improvement, we also take on operative responsibility for its implementation, if requested.
