Companies wanting to be successful in the market need to be able to adapt to constantly changing market conditions. E.g.
- Production is being relocated to low labour cost countries in Asia, Eastern Europe and South America.
- Ever faster integration of technologies requires comprehensive innovation management and is leading to co-operations and company networks.
Processes play an important part in mastering these challenges. Systematic process management allows to accelerate most changes and, what is even more important, to increase their success rate. Proven principles from agile development can be applied to process management.
