CMMI® for Development – Services Supplement (SEI-authorized)

This one-day course Services Supplement for CMMI® Version 1.3 offers service providers and appraisal team members an introduction to the basic CMMI-SVC concepts related to service delivery. You will thereby learn to describe the CMMI-SVC model, discuss process areas, and localize relevant information in the CMMI-SVC model. The course Services Supplement for CMMI® Version 1.3 is licensed by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI).
