Introduction to Scrum and its role in providing an agile project management framework.
This courses teaches you how to get a software project off to a successful start with Scrum. The course centers around setting up and continuously supporting an interdisciplinary development team.

The in-house course explains how Scrum can act as an agile project management and development technique to create an effective working environment. We provide examples to show how Scrum can be introduced and examine typical scenarios and misunderstandings. 

From agile in theory to agile in practice

The workshop part of the training course allows you to witness agile methods in a live setting. This involves pulling together descriptive user stories yourself, making realistic cost estimates and drafting plans that will work as required. By the end of the course you should have gained a detailed understanding of the roles, artifacts and activities that make Scrum such a successful instrument.
