Introduction to Automotive SPICE

Introduction to AUTOMOTIVE SPICE® v3.1

Understand process improvements and assessments according to Automotive SPICE®

The introductory Automotive SPICE® training course provides you with a solid overview of Automotive SPICE®, the most common process assessment model in the automotive world. You will use practical examples to learn how this industry standard is suited for process improvement projects and their assessment, as well as how process assessments are performed and how to prepare for them.

This training gives you a compact overview of Automotive SPICE®. The model has established itself as the de facto standard in the automotive industry when it comes to improvements and assessments of system and software development processes.

In the case of automotive suppliers, manufacturers (OEMs) – in their role as customers - often assess their supplier's work processes. As project manager or project team member in E/E development, you will learn how a so-called OEM assessment is performed and what difficulties may arise.
