Introduction to ME SPICE

Introductory training on Automotive SPICE® provides you with a detailed overview not only of Automotive SPICE itself, but also of common process assessment models in the automotive industry. Drawing on actual examples from business, you gain an understanding of the industry standard for process improvement projects, why this industry standard is suited for process improvement projects or assessing such projects, and how process evaluations are carried out and prepared.

The course provides you with a concise overview of SPICE for Mechanical Engineering, which can be integrated into Automotive SPICE® as a plug-in concept. The aim of the model is to allow mechanical systems and components used in the automotive industry to be developed in a structured manner. It makes it possible to improve and evaluate the development processes used for mechanical systems and components.

This course is aimed at project managers and project team members in mechanical engineering development. It outlines the main concepts behind the standard, using examples and exercises to explain each individual process in deta
