Agility in Automotive E/E-Development

To develop automotive electronics, you need to be flexible. Sometimes customer requirements can be quite vague and customers have a tendency to request changes, so projects can become a fast-moving target. On this course, we show you how to make your development processes transparent and deliberately plan them to be adaptable. Drawing on agile methods and practices allows you to achieve the appropriate degree of adaptability and maintain a clear focus on the task at hand. We teach you the best ways to ensure that your projects continue to adhere to industry standards and guidelines.
